  • 立足第三代半导体micro-LED器件核心技术,开拓micro-LED器件工艺、转移打印、封装技术
  • 开展micro-LED在显示、光通信、引力波探测、机器学习、脑机接口等领域的系统集成交叉学科创新研究

研究概况

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项和青年项目1项、上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划1项、复旦大学“卓越2025”人才培育计划、TCL产学研项目等,参与国家重点研发计划、广东省重大科技专项、英国工程与自然研究理事会(EPSRC)项目、国家973计划、863计划等项目。担任第三代半导体产业技术创新战略联盟Micro-LED委员会委员、联盟Micro-LED 技术路线图(2020-2035年)统稿和执笔专家。

 

自2007年至今从事micro-LED显示、LED/激光照明、可见光通信、水下光通信等方向的研究,在ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、ACS Photonics、Advanced Science、Optics Express、Applied Physics Letters等期刊发表40余篇SCI论文,包括 20 余篇第一作者/通信作者期刊论文,其中包括1篇ESI高被引论文,发表40余篇会议论文/报告,包括邀请报告6次,申请/获得发明专利10余项。

 

研究成果被Laser Focus World、Electronic Design、Semiconductor Today、国家自然科学基金委等国内外媒体的报道,被诺贝尔奖得主中村修二的综述论文、LiFi之父哈斯的综述论文、诺贝尔奖得主天野浩、美国科学院院士John Rogers、中科院院士郑有炓等研究组的论文重点/大篇幅引用。其中,诺贝尔奖得主中村修二最近的综述论文引用2012年APL论文的两幅图片并大段文字评论:“对micro-LED尺寸效应的系统性研究起始于2012年Tian等…”
